Our own produce!

South Tyrol has a lot to offer and we make the most of it! Kassian’s all-natural philosophy runs through every area of the hotel and applies particularly in the kitchen. We cook using herbs from our own herb gardens, the fresh fruit from the Kassian's own fruit plantations are the ideal snack for in between times, and are also used by our chef to make jams, juices, sauces and sweet dishes of all kinds. The organic vineyards around the hotel produce Kassian’s famous “Plattentaler” house wine, and a good local schnapps is still the perfect way to round off a great day’s holiday. A difference that you can taste – guaranteed! As far as other produce is concerned, we always place a great deal of importance on ensuring that it is sourced as locally as possible and adheres to the highest possible quality criteria. This means that, wherever possible, the produce that we use for our breakfasts and evening meals is grown and processed locally. Did you know, for example, that South Tyrol is famous for its cheeses?
